As a result of completing the Coaching for Performance module participants will be able to:

- Establish a coaching agreement with all coachees
- Use a 3 step model (Demonstrate, Develop, Delegate) to support the development of the coachee
- Listen actively to help the coachee think, solve problems and develop confidence
- Use the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Wrap up) model to support the development of the coachee
- Give constructive, structured and balanced feedback
- Apply theories of motivation to day to day coaching
- Reflect ‘Adult’ mode (Transactional Analysis) in all coaching interactions

As a result of completing the Managing Team Dynamics module participants will be able to:

- Recognise and help people transition through the following stages of team development – Forming, Focusing, Performing, Levelling.
- Communicate shared purpose, individual contribution, shared values, foster membership and accountability
- Induct new members into the team with focus on both task and team culture

- Distinguish between organizational, structural and behavioural factors that make for successful meetings
- Establish good meeting structure (e.g. purpose, membership, roles, timing, agenda etc)
- Conduct a meta meeting (a meeting to sort out your meetings)
- Establish behavioural ground rules
- Establish a facilitation contract (agreement that you’ll facilitate meetings)
- Intervene to manage behaviours in meetings
